Teaching Certificate in T.E.F.L – Teaching English as a Foreign Language

Eligibility:

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Native and near native English speakers
• Holders of an academic degree studied in the English language (Bachelor’s Degree at least) from accredited academic institutions abroad and in Israel (average of 75) 
• Have received validation of the degrees from abroad 
• Passing the college entrance examination

The program:

One year of study!

Days and Hours

• Sundays from 8:30 – 19:15 
• Practicum (in schools) – one day a week (the day of your choosing) & 10 additional days throughout the year 
• One marathon course, 5 meetings, on Fridays, scattered throughout the year 
• Online courses

All courses will be studied in English!

Certificate awarded:

English teaching certificate for both elementary and secondary schools

Tuition:

Conditional loans and scholarships according to the criteria as stated by the Ministry of Education

Scholarships:  

Conditional loans and scholarships are available to students who meet the requirements according to the criteria as stated by the Ministry of Education and Mifal Hapais.
